Boost Your Opportunities Online

This course will help you understand the technology and show you how you can enhance your online profile to get the most from the internet to boost your job seeking. 

Course format:  

This is an online course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.  

Who will benefit from attending?  

This course is for adults who wish to improve their skills and become employment ready. 

What will I learn?  

• Develop strategies for effective job seeking online 
• Discover how social media can improve your job prospects 
• Consider skill gaps and other barriers to success 

How long is the course?  

This is run as a single 3.5-hour session, with some activities to do at home to help you practise your skills.  

Will I be assessed?  

You will be required to complete some paperwork during this course. This will record and support your learning journey and successes.  

Entry Requirements:
