Learners will complete two sections:

– Career planning and making applications
– Interview skills

Areas covered include: –
 -Looking at career options
 -Develop an understanding of their own skills and qualities and match these to a job
 -Understand employer expectations and how candidates are selected
 -Understand the importance of first impressions and non-verbal communication
 -Answer interview questions effectively and ask good questions at interview
 -Produce targeted Curriculum Vitae (CV) to match the job applied
 -Prepare a presentation for a job interview
 -Practice the skills needed to do well in a group interview
