During the session\, learners will learn a simple sponge cake recipe and use it to design and create their own cupcakes. The course encourages creativity while developing practical cooking and food preparation skills. Who is this course for?This course is suitable for adults who would like to improve their independent living skills and gain confidence in baking and food preparation. What will I learn?By the end of the session\, you will: Learn how to make a basic sponge cake recipeDevelop measuring and weighing skillsFeel more confident adapting recipesPrepare and cook food safelyUnderstand food hygiene practices when preparing and cooking foodBuild confidence in baking independentlyCreate and decorate your own cupcakesCourse FormatThis is a face-to-face course where learners will learn together and take part in practical baking activities in a relaxed and friendly environment.
