DESCRIPTION:Exploring Conflict Resolution – Venue Chippenham \nWhat’s this course about?    \nThe purpose of this course is to explore conflict and the ways that we can manage it in order to feel heard\, but not make situations worse  \nCourse format:    \nThis is a face-to-face course where you will learn together and take part in practical activities  \nWho will benefit from attending?    \nThis course is for adults who feel that they struggle with dealing with conflict or that conflict makes them feel anxious.  \nWhat will I learn?    \n\nLearners will develop understanding of conflict \n\n\nLearners will talk about what conflict feels like to them \n\n\nLearners will explore two sides to conflict \n\n\nLearners will rehearse strategies using scenarios \n\nHow long is the course?    \nThis is run as a single 2-hour session\, with some activities to do at home to help you practise your skills.    \nWill I be assessed?    \nYou will be required to complete some paperwork during this course. This will record and support your learning journey and successes.    \nFaCL courses are funded by the DfE. \nCourses are no cost to learners who meet our eligibility criteria. Learners must be aged 19+ on 31 August of the academic year\, have a Wiltshire postcode and meet certain residency requirements.
