Through a range of interactive activities\, learners will develop confidence in recognising what they can offer and how their skills can support their future goals. The course also provides opportunities to develop communication and teamwork skills that can support progression into learning\, volunteering or employment. Who is this course for?This course is suitable for adults who would like support identifying their skills and strengths and are looking to make positive changes in their lives. What will I learn?By the end of the session\, you will: Explore your personal qualities\, skills and interestsRecognise that everyone has different skills\, qualities and interestsUnderstand how different skills\, qualities and interests complement one anotherDevelop confidence in recognising your strengthsLearn how to promote yourself effectivelyDevelop communication and collaborative working skillsLearn how to set realistic goals for the futureCourse FormatThis is a face-to-face course where you will learn alongside other learners and take part in practical group activities in a relaxed and friendly environment. Activities include discussion\, group work\, reflection and tutor-led exercises designed to help you identify and develop your skills.
