DESCRIPTION:What’s this course about?       \n\nThis course aims to encourage learners to begin their learning journey with us and to identify ways to improve well-being in their families by doing a creative activity with their child. \n\nCourse format:       \n\nThis is a single session course where you’ll learn together with your child and take part in practical activities in a relaxed and friendly environment.       \n\nWho will benefit from attending?       \n\nThis course is for parents/carers who wish to improve the wellbeing of their family. \n\n What will I learn?       \n\n 	How to undertake a simple creative activity with your child/children. \n\n\n 	Describe how I could use this activity to support being a healthy family. \n\n\n 	Suggest other activities we could do to support being a healthy family. \n\nHow long is the course?       \n\nThis is run as a single session lasting two hours. \n\nWill I be assessed?       \n\nYou will be required to complete some paperwork during this course. This will record and support your learning journey and successes.    \n\nVenue: Bemerton Heath Centre\, 58-60 Pinewood Way\, Salisbury SP2 9HU \n\nFamily and Community Learning courses are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
