This Family Wellbeing  course develops learners’ awareness around managing stressful situations, building resilience, developing coping strategies and supporting children with their anxieties. This will be done by giving learners the practical tools and resources to support this process. The course is designed to enable learners to recognise the cause of anxieties and to put in place practical means that will support them. The activities embedded in this course give learners and their families the opportunity to develop communication skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to be more resilient in times of stress.
