We firmly believe that all children should learn First Aid as a skill for life, starting as soon as they can recognise the number 999. There are often stories in the media about young children dialling 999 when their parent / carer needed an ambulance. Would yours know how and when to call? And then how to roll you into the recovery position?

An overview but the topics in this session will be:
When and how to call for Help
Unconscious casualties and the Recovery position
Choking
Serious Bleeding

The cost per person includes a handout, a certificate of attendance and nut-free refreshments.

The course is taught by Louise Worsley, a qualified, enthusiastic trainer who is an ex-secondary school teacher, a primary school mum and DBS checked. She may also have an assistant for the 5-8 year olds session depending on group size.

Parents are not required to stay but can use the free car park and walk 10 minutes to the lovely shops and cafes on Marlborough high street. If you wish to stay then you are welcome to sit quietly at the back of the room.
