DESCRIPTION:What’s this course about?    \n\nThis course will help you to prepare for future employment working in schools. It gives an insight into the varied roles and activities you might be involved in and gives you the opportunity to learn alongside other like-minded people. \n\nCourse format:    \n\nThis is an online course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities\, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.    \n\nWho will benefit from attending?    \n\nThis course is for people who want to work with children in educational settings \n\nWhat will I learn?    \n\n 	About some of the many roles and responsibilities involved in working in early years  \n\n\n 	About statutory and non-statutory documents in their chosen age range  \n\n\n 	How to identify needs and support them/(SEND)/child as individual \n\n\n 	How to report concerns and development points  \n\n\n 	About some of the causes of challenging behaviour and how to deal with it \n\n\n 	About planning for learning using a range of documents\n\nFamily and Community Learning courses are funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
