Free HR support for Wiltshire companies who do not have their own in-house HR and self-employed individuals to aid business growth and development

Impress HR can provide support for SME’s by providing HR templates which are needed when recruiting new staff for example job descriptions, contracts, employee files, induction checklist and training and development documents such as appraisal forms. These forms can be requested via the form on the page below and will be emailed directly to the business. Impress HR also has a range of factsheets which can be found below. SME’s can also benefit from free 1-1 sessions with our Employer Liaison Assistant who can advise, signpost and support in recruitment of new staff and staff development.

Further fact sheets can be found on the Swindon and Wiltshire Growth Hub website.
