If you are looking for some support to help you get a job or find a course then we have lots of information here for you.

JobCentre Plus

If you are 18 to 24 years old and out of work, help and support is available from many different places.

A good place to start is your local Jobcentre Plus. A work coach can give you information about programmes to help you prepare for, find and stay in work. You can also get help with moving from benefits to work. www.gov.uk/contact-jobcentre-plus

Across Wiltshire and Swindon there are 5 Jobcentres: Chippenham, Devizes, Salisbury, Swindon and Trowbridge and a Wiltshire Job Help dedicated page with updates about local events, support and job vacancies.

The support available through your Jobcentre is extensive including: help with preparing a CV and interview techniques, access to training, work experience and referrals to programmes such as Kickstart and the Work and Health programme.

Once you have made a claim to benefit online, you will be assigned a work coach who will then work with you and support you to move closer to employment.
