In this course, we will look at the people that you may communicate with and what that communication might look like.

We will explore safe people to communicate with outside of the home.

We will rehearse different scenarios to practise asking for help in a supermarket, making an appointment over the phone, expressing needs and making choices and sharing your feelings with people who make you feel safe.

This course is discussion based and there will be opportunities to talk to other people in the group to practise their communication skills and get to know other people.
