Skills Bootcamps has a range of courses available, for individual learners looking to retrain or return to work to courses for employees to upskill and gain new responsibilities in the workplace.
Courses are free for learners looking to retrain/return to work with an interview for a live vacancy at the end of the course, arranged by the training provider alongside CV and interview support.
Courses are a reduced cost for employers (SME’s pay 10% of course prices and large employers pay 30%) a fantastic opportunity for employers to up skill their workforce.
Skills Bootcamps courses cover a range of delivery methods (online, in person, hybrid) across Wiltshire and Swindon.

- Education and Early Years (Teaching Assistant, L&M and Entry to childcare)
- Green Skills (Solar, Heat Pumps and Retrofit)
- Digital and AI (Data Analytics, Cyber Security, AI)
- Construction (Groundworks & Civil Engineering, Project Management, Leadership)
- Health and Social Care (Healthcare Assistant)
- Logistics and Transport (Level 2 and Level 3 Warehousing and Leadership)
- Hospitality (Step Up to Leadership)
- Business and Employment Skills (Digital Business Skills and Customer Service)
- Defence and Manufacturing (Coded Welding, Electrical Engineering, Lean Manufacturing)
