This is a fully funded course, which is aimed at people in your business who you would like to better understand the financial fundamentals of running the business. It would suit book keepers, up and coming, rather than experienced, financial controllers or any other staff who would benefit from a better understanding of the fundamental aspects of how finances work for businesses.

- Understanding and Analysing Balance Sheets
- Budgeting, planning and cashflow management
