All of our online courses include a short 30-minute welcome session, which you need to attend before starting your first course. You only need to complete this once. During the session, we will: (1) Introduce you to itslearning, our online educational platform where course materials and resources are stored (2) Show you how to log in and navigate the platform. (2) Explain how your sessions will run. (3) Ask you to complete a short survey to help your tutor understand your starting point. The welcome session takes place online via Microsoft Teams, and you’ll receive a link to join.
