Mentoring young people aged 15–25 into education, employment and training
A mentor will be matched to work alongside a young person to support them to attain, sustain and thrive within education, employment and training.
The match is tailored to each young person, so they are supported by a trusted adult who is:
• Within a profession the young person aspires to get into.
• Has shared interests and hobbies.
• Has lived experience similar to the young person.
