Join our service as a Business Skills Consultant – The Swindon and Wiltshire strategic economic plan sets out the vision for 2026. Skills and talent has been identified as a high priority for region as we need an appropriately skilled workforce to achieve our growth ambitions.

The role is designed to meet demand in the Swindon area. This role will sit within the higher futures team which supports businesses to overcome their skills challenges leading to improved productivity. We work closely with the business community to understand their needs and articulate them clearly to our education partners ensuring skills provision meets employer demand.
