Building Bridges Programme

Building Bridges Programme

Building Bridges is a programme that runs across Swindon & Wiltshire, designed to support people to make steps towards employment.  Participants must be aged 15 or over, not in employment and have the legal right to work in the UK. For young people who should be in education, a referral is needed to support that you are Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) or at risk of NEET.

Participants on the programme will be matched with one of the many partner organisations and supported with a mentor, who will put together a personalised action plan based on the participant’s goals and barriers to employment. Working towards education is a large part of the support on offer and is a goal for many young people on the programme. Building Bridges aims to be the stepping stone for people to move into education and employment by building on their skills and confidence but is not an alternative provision for education or training.

If you or someone you know would benefit from the support on offer at Building Bridges, the relevant application form can be found using the following link
