Radiotherapy Physics Clinical Technologist Apprenticeship

The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust have a rare opportunity for a Level 6 Healthcare Science Practitioner Apprentice in Radiotherapy Physics.

This opportunity would be suitable for those who are interested in science and technology in healthcare. It could be particularly suitable for a further education leaver looking to make their first step into an NHS career.

Applicants should be numerate, computer literate and possess at least A-Level Grade C or above in Chemistry or Biology and a pass in one other science, as well as GCSE Grade C (4) or above in Maths, English Language and Double Science (or equivalent). Please note predicted grades will be accepted for shortlisting of applicants. As part of the apprenticeship, the successful applicant will undertake a professionally accredited  BSc (Hons) Degree qualification in Healthcare Science (Medical Physics Technology) and upon successful completion of the apprenticeship would be eligible for entry on the professional register for clinical technologists (RCT).
