Serco have announced the next round of funded* (*subject to eligibility) Leadership and Management Training under the Skills Support for the Workforce and Skills Support for Redundancy programmes in Swindon and Wiltshire.

Courses are broadly aimed at the following levels and roles:

Level 2 – aimed at Supervisory level

Level 3 – aimed at line managers

Level 4 – aimed at Heads of Departments / Directors / HR Managers

Note: the ‘L2 Leadership & Team Skills’ course is less about upskilling individuals and more around how the staff fit into the to vision and values of the company. This is therefore only done ‘in house’ and requires a minimum of 10 delegates (from the same company) to run this course.
