The Employment and Skills Service at Wiltshire Council is celebrating ‘Women in Engineering Day’ on 23rd June 2021 and we are looking for employers in Wiltshire to share their stories of inspiring women in Engineering within their business.

Do you have women in your organisation who are excelling in their engineering role or perhaps you have an apprentice starting out in their career? We would love to talk to you and share your positive stories on Work Wiltshire and with the student community to inspire and engage more women into Science Technology Engineering Maths (STEM).

Currently women in STEM represents only 24% of the workforce (quoted STEM Women) therefore it’s more important than ever to raise the platform and opportunities in Engineering for women.
