Customer Service Sector-Based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) is designed to equip learners with valuable qualifications and industry experience. This opportunity will provide participants with:

• Level 1 Customer Service Qualification
• Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Qualification
• Employability Training
• Industry Insight Talks and Interviews with local employers that are actively recruiting.

The course will run from 5 November – 20 November at the City Centre Campus, offering learners a comprehensive skill set and direct engagement with a hiring employer.
