Joe left college feeling anxious and unsure about the future. With few qualifications and low confidence, things felt tough.

Everything changed after connecting with our Education, Employment Advisor, NEET Community Connecting Coordinator and joining the Next Level course.

Joe has now gained Functional Skills in Maths & English, a Customer Service diploma, and—most importantly— his confidence.

Joe is now able to get on public transport independently and has completed work experience. He has also gained admission onto a Level 2 course at Bath College.
