This is a fully funded course, which is aimed at people in your business who you would like to better understand the financial fundamentals of running the business. It would suit book keepers, up and coming, rather than experienced, financial controllers or any other staff who would benefit from a better understanding of the fundamental aspects of how finances work for businesses.

- Profit maximisation techniques – managing costs and revenue
- Price Elasticity
- The weighted decision Matrix – how good use of financial information can support decision making – producing good information for senior management
