What is Connect to Work - how can I get involved?
Connect to Work is a new voluntary programme designed to help people in Swindon and Wiltshire who
are finding it hard to start or stay in work due to health conditions, disabilities, or other barriers.
We use a flexible, understanding and holistic approach focusing on a person’s strengths, goals and what
matters most to them to help overcome barriers and gain paid employment.
You can get involved by letting us know when you have a live vacancy. We can match a participant to your roles.
