Achieve Programme

The King's Trust Achieve Programme

For Young People Aged 16-25 in Wiltshire

Build confidence. Gain skills. Plan your future.

The King’s Trust Achieve Programme, delivered by Wiltshire Council, is designed to support young people aged 16-25 who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET), or who are at risk of becoming NEET.

Over 12 weeks, learners attend one in-person session each week in a supportive and welcoming environment. The programme helps young people develop the confidence, skills and resilience needed to take positive next steps into education, training, employment or volunteering.

What is the Achieve Programme?

Achieve is a personal development programme that combines practical activities, group learning and individual support. Learners work towards recognised qualifications while building the skills and confidence needed for everyday life and future success.

Achieve is a 12 week programme, with learners attending an in-person session every week. Learners are supported to develop their knowledge and skills to work towards two qualifications.

Our tutors understand that you may be feeling nervous about stepping back into learning.  They are experienced in creating a warm and welcoming experience for learners who may feel anxious, worried or need additional support.  Our team is here to answer with any questions and to help you on your journey to a more positive future!
