What’s this course about?  

This course will help you recognise personal qualities you may not be using to your advantage.  This course will be invaluable in helping you realise your potential and move forward in search for employment. 

Course format:  

This is an online course where you’ll learn together and take part in practical group activities, all in a relaxed and friendly environment.  

Who will benefit from attending?  

This course is for adults who wish to improve their skills and become employment ready. 

What will I learn?  

• Learn how to explore opportunities in the labour market to show potential for employment 
• Complete a SMART objective to focus learners job seeking activities 
• Consider skill gaps and other barriers to success 

How long is the course?  

This is run as a single 3.5-hour session, with some activities to do at home to help you practise your skills.  

Will I be assessed?  

You will be required to complete some paperwork during this course. This will record and support your learning journey and successes.  

Entry Requirements:
