Able Hands Together

A therapeutic farm based service for adults with learning difficulties. There is a cost to attend the programme unless the person is commissioned through the Local Authority.

Includes transferable skills to aid development and independence whilst stimulating minds and aiding emotional and social skills. Based in a small holding at River Bourne Community Farm, just outside of Salisbury with a variety of animals, including pigs, cows, goats, sheep and rabbits. Their mission is to teach the Co-Farmers how to nurture livestock and to grow their own produce so that they can cook from their success.
