Premier Jobs UK embrace development from within, one of the Directors began as a Recruitment Apprentice and is also currently developing existing staff through the apprenticeship pathway. They are looking for a keen, motivated and determined individual to join the team. Excellent training and support are provided and previous apprentices have been promoted to Recruitment Consultants within 12 – 18 months of joining.

The job role is varied and the main duties will include:

• Managing candidate enquiries/applications and reviewing their CV’s.
• Distributing suitable CV’s to Recruitment Consultants.
• Undertaking the administrative duties for the business, including updating the CRM system for candidate meetings.
• Maintaining company database, to ensure candidate information is up to date.
• Managing the job-advertising for active vacancies.
• Answering telephone calls.
• Undertaking headhunting activities for key vacancies and undertake your own personal recruitment.
• There is a bonus structure in place after 6 months and the progression onto a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role within the company.

• A minimum grade C / 4 in Maths and English
• The working week will consist of a routine, 8:45am-5:15pm (with a 1-hour lunch).
• The annual wage is set at £9,000 with increases throughout the program.

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship Standard, accredited by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
