Where they could meet new people, take action for their future, enjoy new experiences, give them something to talk about and share with their future employers, try work experience & plan for their future!

The Princes Trust TEAM programme aims to help young people become work ready. They work with them to define their own life goals and give them the mind-set and skills to make a brighter future.  While the programme has an employment focus, the soft skills that the young people work on help them grow in confidence and make positive life decisions.

Since the start of the first lockdown last year, a number of programmes and courses have been delivered online as well as using a blended learning approach with mixture of face to face and online delivery. This flexible way of learning gives Inner Flame / The Prince’s Trust Team, the opportunity to deliver courses suitable for each individual Young Person to meet their needs as well as enhance the level of self-development preparing them for their next steps and the world of work.
