What is this course about?
Communication for Work is a practical course designed to help you build confidence and develop effective communication skills for interviews, the workplace and professional situations.
You will learn how employers assess communication skills, how to present yourself positively, and how to give clear, structured responses using techniques such as the STAR method.
Through interactive activities, including role play, mock interviews and short presentations, you will practise real-life workplace scenarios in a supportive learning environment.
