King’s Trust Achieve Programme Salisbury
The King’s Trust Achieve Programme Salisbury is a free 12-week programme for young people aged 16-25 looking to build confidence, gain qualifications and plan their future.
Who is this programme for?
The programme is designed for young people aged 16-25 who are not currently in education, employment or training, or who need support to achieve their goals.
Through practical activities, group learning and individual support, you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills, increase your confidence and resilience, gain recognised qualifications and explore positive next steps for your future.
Whether you’re considering education, training, employment or volunteering, Achieve can help you move forward.
What support will I receive?
Learners will be supported by experienced tutors throughout the programme. Sessions are delivered in a friendly and welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to learn at their own pace and work towards personal goals.
What happens after Achieve?
At the end of the programme, learners will have a clearer understanding of their strengths and future options. Many learners move on to further learning, volunteering, training opportunities or employment.

Learners can work towards:
- Level 1 Award in Developing Resilience
- Entry Level 3, Level 1 or Level 2 Award in Personal Development and Employability (depending on individual starting points and achievement)
Who Can Join?
The programme is open to young people aged 16-25 who may benefit from additional support to develop confidence, resilience and employability skills.
- Lack confidence or self-belief
- Need support to re-engage with learning
- Are not currently in education, employment or training
- Are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET
- Would benefit from developing social, communication and employability skills
- Need help planning their next steps
- Are able to access learning at Level 1
The course takes place at St Paul’s Church Centre in Salisbury. Young people from across Wiltshire and neighbouring areas are welcome to apply, provided they can travel to the venue each week.

This programme is funded by the UK Government through the Wiltshire Council Crisis and Resilience Fund.
